Mr Lalit Chandra Trivedi, Founder of LCT Engineers is an outstanding Railway professional with over 40 years of experience in the railways and rail infra sector spanning across geographies and multiple verticals .
Before superannuating from Indian Railways in 2021 as General Manager Railways - East Central Railways, he successfully commissioned several crucial infrastructure projects connected with Rolling stock production and maintenance, Electrification, Railway safety, Network expansion, Railway logistics, Metro coach production, and other cutting edge technologies. He has also worked on Railway projects in Srilanka, Nepal and Bangladesh.
He currently advises organisations globally on Railway related projects and is appointed as Independent External Monitor (IEM) of MSTC and UCIL. He is also part of key panel of consultants at A. T. Kearney Consulting India and also serves as chairman of Indian branch of IMechE London. He is also recognized by Linkedin as Top Consulting Voice.
Mr Trivedi has undertaken management education from world famous institutes at HEC school of management Paris France and Carnegie Mellon university at Pittsburgh, USA. He has obtained his bachelor's degree from Madhav Institute of Technology and Scoence, Gwalior. He is a fellow of Mechanical Engineering of Institute of Mechanical Engineers, London, UK and is also a member of Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, India.
